Next Day - All our orders are shipped using Next WORKING day delivery - weekend delivery option not included (see more information below). Please be aware that we do not ship or deliver over the weekend, therefore if your order is placed after the cut-off time (11am) on Thursday it will be shipped the following Monday and delivered on Tuesday. This is to ensure the products arrive to you in a good condition and still suitable to eat, cook, store in the freezer or fridge. The cost is as low as £3.99 for orders placed within Reading and starts from £4.99 for 15kg and below, plus £0.3 (or more) increment for every additional kilogram, for orders placed outside of Reading, but within the UK. To ensure the frozen products arrive frozen to you, we use a well packaged cold pouch and ice packs. The packaging is all factored into the total shipping cost, with us paying part of it for you as well. We use ParcelForce and DPD as our delivery partners. The cut-off time for orders to be shipped the same day and delivered the next WORKING day is 11am. For Reading area we offer same day delivery as well, if requested and the order is placed before 11am.
Click and Collect - We do offer click and collect services for FREE at our business address Unit 8, Sentinel End, Reading, RG2 0BF, UK. For customers that can commute or that live close to this address, you can choose this option at checkout. We will send you an update once your order is ready for pick up. Orders can be picked up between 9am and 7pm. The order should be collected within 48 hours (24 hours if it contains fresh or frozen items) from the moment pickup notification is received, otherwise your order will be cancelled. This means that your order will be unpacked and returned to the warehouse. As a result, a £3.99 charge will be applied to your refund. No refund will be issued if the value of your order is less than £3.99.
More delivery options - We do offer other delivery options (e.g. Next day delivery before 12pm) and these will be available for you to choose from when you checkout, depending on your need and preference.
!!! Additional important information !!!
We reserve the right to charge you a fee of 5% of the total amount of your order, should you decide to cancel the order and it has already been packed. This is because our staff spends time to carefully pack and unpack the order and some packaging materials are wasted when the order is unpacked. This applies to orders above £100 and any order that contains frozen items, even if the cost is below £100.
If your order has already left our warehouse and you wish to cancel the order, we will only be able to refund you once the order is returned to our warehouse and only for dry items (frozen or fresh items are non-refundable in this situation). This means that the order will have to arrive to you first and any dry items that are shipped back to us in the original packaging and good condition will be refunded once they arrive back to us. The return cost will be covered by you.
Please bear in mind that our courier partners are instructed to leave parcels outside the door (or another safe place) or with a neighbour if no one is available to receive it, because it contains food.
If your order contains fresh leaves please be aware that these are preorder items and they are normally shipped every Wednesday at the moment.
If your order contains fresh vegetables or fruits please be aware that these are preorder items and they are normally shipped every Monday at the moment.
If an item is out of stock we automatically replace it with the most suitable item, unless a customer specifically requests in their order comments for us not to do so.
We have made the phone number field required so you can track the progress of your order. Also if you are to collect your order from our warehouse we will email you and text you as well.
