Usually spooned with cold water, room temperature water, or milk and eaten like cereal, it has a pleasantly sour taste and is perfect for dipping.Garri is usually made by having cassava tubers peeled, washed, and grated or mashed into a pulp. The pulp is mixed with palm oil, placed in a porous bag, and placed in an adjustable press for 1-3 hours to remove excess moisture.
