Hello Reuben, One of the health benefits of prekese is liver support but before drinking it, ensure you do not have any underlying health condition that might pose a risk. To prevent liver problems, avoid excessive alcohol, maintain a healthy lifestyle, drink prekese tea in moderation and consult your doctor if you have concerns.
